Who we are
Agent Landing Pages, LLC (“Agent Landing Pages,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides website creation, hosting, and related services to real estate professionals through agentlandingpages.com (the “Site”) and connected services (collectively, the “Services”).
Data controller vs. processor.
We act as a controller for data about our own customers (the real estate agents and teams who use our Services).
When agents use our Services to power their own websites or upload lead data, we act as a processor/service provider on the agent’s behalf. In those cases, the agent’s own privacy notice governs how their end-user data is handled.
The information we collect
1) Information you provide to us
Account & profile data: name, business name, brokerage, email, phone, billing contact, team members.
Payment details: we use a third-party payment processor to handle card data (we do not store full card numbers).
Content & project inputs: domain preferences, branding assets (logos, photos), copy, testimonials.
Support & communications: messages, emails, survey responses, and onboarding forms.
2) Information collected automatically
Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring/exit pages, and similar diagnostic data.
Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
Cookies & similar tech: small files to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure performance.
3) Information from third parties
Payments & fraud prevention: confirmation of payment status and limited risk signals from our payment processor.
Analytics & ads partners: aggregated insights about Site usage and campaign performance.
Integrations you connect: if you connect email or CRM tools, we process data from those tools as your processor.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
Provide and improve the Services (build, launch, and maintain your site; host forms; deliver updates; fix bugs).
Process payments and subscriptions (setup fees, monthly charges, refunds, tax, and accounting).
Communicate with you (onboarding, feature announcements, transactional emails/SMS, service notices).
Personalize and measure (remember preferences, improve user experience, analyze usage trends).
Marketing (optional) (send tips, case studies, promotions—you can unsubscribe anytime).
Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance (detect abuse, enforce terms, comply with lawful requests).
Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK visitors)
If you access the Services from the EEA/UK, we process personal data under these bases: contract (to deliver Services), legitimate interests (to secure and improve Services), consent (for optional cookies/marketing), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and compliance).
Payments
We use a third-party payment processor to handle setup fees and recurring subscription payments. The processor collects and processes your payment card data directly. We only receive limited information (e.g., last four digits, card type, status) to record your payment and manage your subscription.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
keep you signed in and remember settings;
measure traffic and performance;
(optionally) run or measure marketing campaigns.
Your choices:
You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or set preferences).
Many analytics providers offer opt-outs (such as Google’s opt-out tools).
Where legally required, we provide a cookie banner to manage preferences.
How long we keep information
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We also retain minimal logs and records to demonstrate compliance and manage disputes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only with:
Service providers/Processors who help us operate the Services (hosting, analytics, payment processing, email/SMS delivery, customer support, error monitoring).
Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors) under confidentiality.
Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or our Services.
Business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale) subject to appropriate safeguards.
Some state laws define “share” to include certain advertising or analytics uses. If we engage in such “sharing,” we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism as required.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States and may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
