2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

Our Services are designed for licensed real estate professionals. By using our Services, you represent that the information you provide is true and accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Services Provided

We provide:

Custom website setup and design for real estate agents.

Ongoing hosting, support, and updates as part of the monthly subscription.

Access to certain marketing tools such as quiz landing pages and trust websites.

We may add, remove, or change features of our Services at our discretion.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Setup Fee: A one-time upfront setup fee is required to begin your project.

Subscription Fee: A recurring monthly subscription fee is required for hosting, support, and continued access to your site.

Billing: Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.

Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate business and licensing information.

Use your website only for lawful real estate business purposes.

Not upload, post, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content.

Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our Services in any way.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Our Rights: The design, templates, and platform used to build and host your website remain the intellectual property of Agent Landing Pages.

Your Rights: You own the content you provide to us (such as your logos, photos, bio, and client testimonials). You also own all leads generated through your website.

License to Us: By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited license to use that content only for the purpose of building and maintaining your site.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your website will generate leads, sales, or business results.

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

Fail to pay fees when due.

Violate these Terms.

Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

If your account is terminated, your website may be taken offline immediately. We are not responsible for maintaining or transferring data after termination.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law. Each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Site. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
